| 摘 要： | 海外华人的创业问题和社会融入问题一直是国内学者所关注的。在意大利的佛罗伦萨,生活着1万多温州人。他们已经成为当地皮具产业集群的主力军。温商们靠着吃苦耐劳精神降低了劳动力成本,同时在佛形成的社会网络为他们提供了生存和发展的重要资源。但这些温商企业的生存环境及其未来发展趋势并不乐观。因此,他们的未来出路值得我们思考和探索。

| Abstract: | The protlem of entrepreneurship and social inclusion of overseas Chinese is always concerned by the domestic scholars.There are more than 10 thousand Wenzhounese living in Florence,Italy.They have become the main force of the local leather cluster.They decreased the labor costs by their hard-working spirits and the social network provide the important resources for them.But the living environment and the tendency of the future is not optimistic.So we should think about and explore the future way out for them. |
