现代饭店员工期望管理的探讨

摘    要:对员工的期望进行管理,体现在两个方面:一是引导员工建立正确有效的管理,饭店管理者应该通过关注员工期望的形成和变化的过程,来有效实施对员工期望的全过程管理。二是最大程度满足员工期望,通过满足员工的基本要求,提供宽松愉快的工作环境,以消除员工不满意,通过构建和谐平等的人际关系,给员工以更多机会和温暖,创造出满意忠诚的员工。

Abstract:To manage employee expectations represents two aspects: one is to guide the establishment of valid management of staff.In order to implement the total management of staff’s expectation,hotel managers should focus on the formation of employee expectations and its processes of change.Second is to meet employees’ expectations fully.Employees’ dissatisfactions can be eliminated by meeting the basic requirements of staff,providing a relaxed happy work environment.Loyal and satisfied employees can be developed by constructing a harmonious interpersonal relationship on an equal footing and giving more opportunities and warmth to the staff.
