Logistics is considered the "third profit source",and logistics outsourcing as a new form of resource configuration of enterprise logistics under the environment of supply chain management has become the trend in the business field.In order to form a reasonable decision solution,the subjective and objective factors must be taken into consideration during enterprise logistics outsourcing.According to the basic theory of the logistics management,this paper introduce the AHP to construct the model as the foundation of decision to enterprise logistics outsourcing,and use group technology(GT)to improve the operation pattern of enterprise logistics,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise in the market.
