摘    要:随着经济全球化的进一步发展,人力资源招聘越来越国际化。企业如何在国际招聘的过程中吸引到合适的求职者,这是企业面临的新的挑战。求职者来源于各种不同的文化背景,这对招聘的顺利进行产生重大的影响。以往企业的招聘往往局限在一个国家之内,不会更多地关注求职者的文化价值观。但是目前求职者的文化价值观越来越成为企业能否招聘到合适员工的关键因素。如果企业不重视求职者的文化价值观,那么企业对于求职者的吸引力会降低。这会使企业难以招聘到符合企业要求的求职者,这将会影响企业的竞争优势的长久保持。跨国企业在不同文化背景的国家进行招聘的时候,应该对招聘的各个环节作出相应的调整,只有这样才能获得最优秀的人力资源。

Abstract:With globalization developing,HR recruitment is more and more international.It is a new challenge that the enterprises effectively attract desirable applicants.Because applicants are form different culture backgrounds,the culture influences the outcome of the recruitment.In the past,the recruitment of enterprise was held in a specific country,so they will not pay more attention to the values of applicants.But the cultural values are an important factor for the recruitment.If the enterprise does not attach importance to the cultural values of applicants,the attraction of enterprise will reduce.Without the ability to recruit the right people,multinational enterprise will not be able to keep their competitive advantages.When multinational enterprise does recruitment in different cultural countries,the recruitment should be adjusted accordingly.This way will help the enterprise acquire the best human resources.
