| Abstract: | Corporate is a special social citizen,an independent economic entity and ethics body to participate in social and economic life.The behavior of corporate is the behavior of corporate insiders in finally,and the senior leader of the corporate plays a major role in decision making about corporate behavior.It is important to the healthy development of the corporate and social progress to analyze and adjust the corporate behavior specification. |
