国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺状况及应对策略研究

目的解决国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题。方法文献研究和案例研究相结合，运用比较的方法从其原料的角度分析了凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题并提出了应对策略。结果国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的主要原因是血浆原料的短缺，而血浆原料的短缺是我国对单采血浆站点的整顿转制造成的。结论解决国内凝血因子Ⅷ短缺的问题首先要保证原料血浆的供应，通过采取缩短采浆周期稳定供浆队伍等措施提高单采血浆量。
