农村剩余劳动力产生原因再探--兼论农地产权残缺对农业生产要素配置的影响

马克思没有直接论述农村剩余劳动力,但他在<资本论>中指出,当资本的有机构成不断提高时,就会出现机器排挤工人的现象.就中国国情而言,农村剩余劳动力产生的深层诱因是农地要素的高度稀缺和非农部门对农村劳动力的吸收能力增长缓慢.造成农地要素相对稀缺的原因除了人多地少的现实原因外,还包括由农地产权残缺导致农地流转交易成本过高,以至于农地大量撂荒的制度原因.

The cause for the factors of scarcity of agricultural land is scarcity of agricultural land and surplus labor force and is that incomplete property right of rural land leads to high transaction cost of agricultural land so that a lot of agricultural land is wasted.
