| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the social benefits in urban rail transit,this paper uses the method of obscure integrated assessment to evaluate the benefits of set up urban rail transit.The model of level-1 of such integrated asessment is adopted in the paper.Finally,a case is analyzed to prove that the method of such asessment is feasible. |
