| 摘 要： | 本文以内因和外因的辩证关系来审视大学生形体塑造课程。大学生形体塑造课程多种形体训练方法是大学生健康的外因,而课程中培养大学生追求美的内心渴望和终身体育的理念是促进大学生健康的内因。同时文章总结出当今大学生体型塑造课程存在的问题,提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the importance of undergraduates＇ shaping-up class viewed from dialectic relation of internal cause and external cause. The external cause of health is many kinds of shaping exercises in shaping-up class; The internal cause of health is the desire of beauty and the idea of life sport. The paper concludes the problems existing in undergraduates＇ shaping-up class and some suggestions are put forward. |
