| Abstract: | If the innovation of property right system is not thorough, the structure of juridical person management in enterprise will has no way to perfect, many system disfigurements would appear in the running process of enterprise, and the correcting error function of system in enterprise would abated. For deepen disfigurements of enterprise system, and standardizing the action of enterprise, it is analyzed that how to deepen the innovation of property right system, and how to improve juridical person management structure in this paper. |
