| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了发展于西方发达市场经济国家的房地产产业投资基金的概念及其特点，而后在分析了其可行性的基础上设计了欠发达地区房地产产业投资基金的整个运作过程，包括资金筹集，项目的选择、评估、管理和退出机制。
