论胡瑗的辩证思维与他的刚柔互济思想

胡瑗的辩证思想主要是通过"变易之道"来表述的。他善于从正反两个方面来分析问题,提出了物不可以终动,动必有所止;物不可以久进,进之不已必有所伤;物不可久难,难必解而散之等一系列辩证思想,并在此基础上提醒人们乐不可极,志不可满;刚不过暴,柔不过怯,使所行之事、所施之道,刚柔相济,皆得其中。此外,他还从事物发展的规律出发,主张顺势而变,推陈革新。

On Hu Yuan's Dialectical Thinking and His Thought of Mutuality between Rigidness and Flexibility

Hu Yuan’s dialectical thinking was mainly expressed through "the way of change".He was good at analyzing problems from both positive and negative aspects,and put forward a series of dialectical thinking,such as an object can not always keep moving,for moving will definitely stop;things cannot be in progress for a long time,for the endless progress will cause some injury;and things can not be in long-term difficulty,for there would surely appear solutions to the difficulty.And on the basis of the above,he served as a reminder that happiness should not be in extreme,ambition not too full,rigidness but not showing violence,and softness with confidence,so that the conduct of things and the way of implementation would be in a state of mutuality between rigidness and flexibility.In addition,proceeding from the law of development of things,he also advocated adapting to the flow of changes and introducing new innovations.
