摘    要:以自配消解液代替成本较高的快速法专用试剂,采用分光光度法测定废水COD的浓度,对影响实验结果的消解时间、消解温度、重铬酸钾的浓度、重铬酸钾的用量、硫酸-硫酸银的用量5个因素进行了正交实验研究,确定了最佳操作条件,并与标准方法进行对比.实验结果表明,该测定方法的相对误差小于标准方法,适用于废水COD浓度测定.

Abstract:By preparing digestion solution instead of the high-cost special reagents of fast-method,COD concentration of the wastewater was determined with spectrophotometry in the present study.The various factors influencing determination results such as the digesting time,the digesting temperature,the concentration of K2Cr2O7,the dosage of K2Cr2O7,and the dosage of H2SO4-Ag2SO4 were all observed based on orthogonal experiments.And the optimal operation conditions were determined and compared with standard method.The result showed that the relative error of the present method is less than that of standard method,and is suitable for determination of COD in wastewater.
