石蜡微胶囊的制备与表征

摘    要:石蜡作为相变材料在储能领域已成为研究热点,其中一个重要问题就是石蜡的封装.以微胶囊包覆的方式对石蜡进行封装,通过界面聚合,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合包覆石蜡,得到以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材的石蜡微胶囊.当转速为1 300r/min、乳化剂添加量为4%、引发剂添加量为1%、反应温度为70~75℃时,得到粒径均匀的微胶囊,并用红外、TG、DSC等方法对所制备的石蜡微胶囊的结构和热性能进行了分析.

Abstract:Paraffin as phase change material has become a research focus in the energy storage field.The encapsulation of paraffin is one of the key techniques for the application purpose.The paraffin is encapsulated through interfacial polymerization,using methyl methacrylate(MMA) as the coating material.When the rotation speed is 1300r/min,with the addition amounts of 4 % emulsifier and 1 % initiator,and the reaction temperature about 70~75 ℃,the microcapsules having well-proportioned diameter are obtained.The structure and thermal properties of the prepared paraffin microcapsules are characterized by FTIR DSC,TG and so on.
