| Abstract: | The problems and solutions of the corporate governance model of state-controlled company in gas industry,state-owned and state-controlled company,are studied in this paper.The conclusion is that the reform of corporate governance model should be started with the reform of separation between government and enterprises,board of directors,board of supervisors,managers and other aspects. |
