近年来我国企业发展迅速,但与世界一流企业相比,还存在很大差距,本文从我国企业创新能力弱,国际竞争力低,人才匮乏等方面分析我国企业与世界企业存在的差距,提出了中国企业缩小与世界企业差距的方法,努力提高我国企业的国际竞争力,促进我国企业的长远发展。

Gap Analysis of China's Enterprises with World Enterprises

In recent years,China's enterprises have a rapid development,but compared with the first-class enterprise in the world,there is a big gap.This article analyzed the gaps of our enterprises with the world enterprises,such as,the weak innovation capacity,low international competitiveness,lack of personnel,and so on,proposed the ways to narrow the gaps,improve the international competitiveness of China's enterprises,and promote the long-term development of China's enterprises.
