| 摘 要： | 信息资源共享是我国图书馆事业发展的必由之路,也是信息社会的必然选择。探讨了信息资源共享过程中的著作权侵权风险,并介绍了我国关于信息资源共享的版权立法现状,提出改进我国信息资源共享的版权规范的建议。 |

| Abstract: | The sharing of information resources is the route must take for the development of the Chinese library,but also the inevitable choice of information society.This paper discusses the copyright infringement in the process of information resource sharing,and introduces the legislation on the copyright status of information resource sharing in China,proposes the suggestion of improving our copyright norms of information resource sharing. |
