| 摘 要： | 根据钢铁企业烧结工艺和机头、机尾烟气的特点,结合唐山某钢厂烧结工序除尘设备的实际运行情况,分析了烧结机头电除尘器、机尾电除尘器在实际运行中存在的问题及原因,从设备结构和操作出发,提出了使烧结系统除尘设备安全、有效运行的措施。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of sintering process and the flue gas of machine nose and tail of iron and steel enterprises,combined with the actual operation of the sintering process dust removal equipment of one Tangshan steel plant,this paper analyzes the problems in the actual operation of electrostatic precipitator in sintering machine nose and tail and the reasons,and proposes the measures for the safe and effective operation of the sintering system dust removal equipment from the structure and operation of equipment. |
