摘    要:80后员工即将构成企业发展的生力军,与此同时,新生代员工的管理问题已引起了企业管理者和研究者的高度关注。本文针对工作意义这个新生代们易产生离职倾向的代表性问题,在总结了国内外学者关于工作意思转换机制的研究基础上,结合案例分析,就如何使得新生代员工体验工作意义激发工作动机提出了一些有效的建议。

Abstract:Employees of the generation of post-80s is a new force in the development of enterprise,at the same time,the management of the new generation staff has received high attention of business managers and researchers.Aiming at the issue of the meaning of work,the representative problem which is easy to produce turnover intention of the new generation,based on literatures of transformation mechanism of the meaning of work at home and abroad,this paper combines case,explores some effective suggestions of making the generation of post80s experience the meaning of work and stimulate the motivation of work.
