传统产业集群的风险和组织虚拟化的研究

集群竞争优势的实质是“联系和集聚”所产生“协同效应”的最大化。而随着“联系”的加强，却有可能产生集群的老化和风险。集群组织虚拟化是基于组织角度解决集群风险的一个有效途径。本文不仅研究了传统产业集群中组织虚拟化的必要性和可行性，而且提出了将虚拟组织引入传统产业集群的相应措施。

Research on the Risk and Organization Virtualization of the Traditional Industry Cluster

The nature of the cluster's competitive advantage is to achieve the maximum of the cluster's synergistic effect with association and clustering. In pace with steady strengthen of association in the cluster, the cluster's ageing and risk will be happened. From the organizational point of view, the cluster organizational virtualization will make greater contributions to solve the cluster's risk. This paper researches not only the possibility and necessity of organization virtualization in the traditional industry cluster, but also how to apply virtual organization in it.
