| 摘 要： | 农民工市民化对于提升城市化水平、加快现代化建设、维护社会的和谐与稳定都具有非常重要的现实意义,但目前我国的农民工在市民化过程中却遇到了许多问题。本文以市民化作为研究的切入点,解析了农民工市民化的发展悖论,并结合实证调研数据对农民工市民化的现实困境进行全方位考察,最后提出了相应的对策和建议。
