| 摘 要： | 为了全面提高工程教育人才的培养质量,卓越工程师教育培养计划的高校应改革大学英语教学。本文探讨了如何构建因材施教的大学英语课程体系,提出实施个性化教学,并对这类院校如何加强师资队伍的建设提出了建议,旨在促进我国由工程教育大国迈向工作教育强国。
