| 摘 要： | 相关研究表明，影响企业绩效的首要驱动要素是企业在多个子产业及其细分市场中的产品组合，而非企业在该产业的市场份额，为此，企业须采取组群创新方式以动态优化其产品组合。与单一创新不同，组群创新的多重性、动态性和协同性等特征使得企业在动态调整合作网络时面临很大挑战，组群创新形态下企业合作网络的时变性特征极为显著，随着多个创新项目的发展和不同类型创新的引入，企业合作网络在时间序列上频频出现结构性变化，企业合作网络动态控制能力决定其创新资源的动态配置，并进而影响各个创新子网络之间的协同效应。

| Abstract: | Latest empirical studies on performance indicate products combination under market segments of industry is the most driving force for enterprises＂ performance. Enterprises adopt cluster innovation to dynamically optimize its products combination. Compared with single innovation, multiplicity, dynamic and coordination of cluster innovation make enterprises to face great challenge. Time-varying characteristic of cooperation network in the context of cluster innovation is extraordinary salience. Structures of cooperation network change frequently with introduction of different innovations and development of innovation process. Enterprises＇ dynamic control capability for network decide arrangement of innovation resource and affect coordination among different innovation network. |
