| 摘 要： | 文章首先阐述了面向决策的信息与智力支持系统基本要素,并研究了该系统的基本构成。通过对湖南省竞争情报中心的基本要素和构成进行分析,证明湖南省竞争情报中心实质上就是一个面向决策的信息与智力支持系统。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the basic elements of information and intelligence supporting system to deci-sion-oriented firstly, then studies on its basic structure. Through the analysis of the basic elements and the structure of Hunan competitive intelligence center, it can be concluded that Hunan competitive intelligence center is an information and intelligence supporting system facing to decision-oriented in essence. |
