| 摘 要： | 房地产是一个对经济发展影响力系数大而感应系数较小的行业.房地产业发展需要金融支持才能持续健康发展.我国房地产开发中梗阻环节是房地产金融发展滞后,主要表现在房地产金融市场主体不足,中介机构匮乏,金融支持力度不大等.房地产证券化是发展我国房地产金融的现实选择.

| Abstract: | The real estate is an industry that the economic development effect force coefficient is large but the responsive coefficient is small;the development of real estate industry needs financing support to develop sustainably and healthily;the blocking link of Chinese real estate development is that the real estate financing development is backward it mainly indicates that the main body of the real estate financial market is not sufficient and the intermediaries are deficient and the financial support force is not enough;the real estate securitization is the practice selection for Chinese real estate financing development. |
