| 摘 要： | 网络经济的发展是世界经济发展的必然趋势，但是其发展也不能违北市场机制内在的运行规律，否则将会产生泡沫。为防止泡沫经济的产生，投资者应积极、理智地参与，政府应该采取既扶持又规范的措施，新闻媒体应持既宣传又不炒作的态度。

| Abstract: | The development of Net-economy is the trend of the world economy,but it cannot breach the inherent rule of market run-mechanism,or else, it would scum.In order to avoid the bubble economy,the investor should participate in the development of Net-economy with heart and also mind.The government should take supporting and also normative measures,and the news media should give publicity to it,but not stir-fry it. |
