| 摘 要： | 资金是企业综合实力的货币表现,是扩大再生产必不可少的“血液”。为了使其纳人良性循环轨道,在流动中增值和效益最大化,从根本上改变企业资金紧缩的局面,企业应建立健全内部控制机制,强化对资金使用的事前、事中、事后控制,以达到合理配置和良性循环的最佳效果。
