| 摘 要： | 企业资产重组是优化资源配置的重要途径。国有企业资产重组进程中应注意要以优势企业为主体；要讲求资产重组的成本；要重视资产重组与管理重组的有机结合；要扩大企业资产重组的范围和视野及发挥中介机构在重组中的作用。
