| 摘 要： | 从知识经济的视角看，我国金融发展相对滞后。为适应知识经济的要求，我国金融应遵循确保金融安全、促进金融可持续发展和提高金融效率的发展原则，采取优化金融结构、提高金融运行的信息化水平、构建新型产融结合模式及发展金融工程等政策措施。

| Abstract: | From the view of knowledge economy, China's finance development has fallen behind relatively. In order to adapt the needs of knowledge economy, China's finance development must abide by the principles, which assure finance safety, promote finance sustained development, raise financial efficiencies. According to these principles, China's finance further development may take measures to improve financial structure, improve finance informationisation level, establish new modern of industry with finance, develop finance-engineering etc. |
