| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代必须进行企业管理的创新，改革传统企业管理模式，把企业再造成知识型企业或知识创新企业。改变企业的硬管理，企业实行硬管理与软管理结合，并逐步过渡到软管理。企业还必须十分注重人才开发，并且要在人才开发上创新。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy, business mangement should be renovated,and be changed the mangement pattern of the traditional business.The managers should rechange the business into epistemic renovating business.Renovate the inelastic mangement of the business,combine inelstic mangement with the dextrous mangement,then develop into dextrous mangement gradually.The talent exploitent and renovation of knowledge are very important for the business. |
