| 摘 要： | 经济发展所提供的就业机会与社会性别分工所规定的家庭责任,使女性面临工作与家庭责任的双重压力。本文运用时间贫困的概念,即工作时间超过某一特定时间并且得不到足够休息与闲暇的情况,度量了农村地区男性与女性受时间这种稀缺资源的约束程度。通过分性别的时间贫困的回归分析,本文发现,农村已婚女性是最容易遭受时间贫困的人群,当地劳动力结构转移对男性与女性发生时间贫困的概率影响有所不同,女性受到的边际影响更大。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the gender difference on time poverty gap in rural China.Time poverty is thought as the fact that some individuals do not have enough time for rest and leisure after taking into account the time spent working,whether in the labor market,or for domestic work.Using data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey,estimates of time poverty by gender are provided and the effect of structural change in the time poverty is analyzed.The main findings are that married women are at higher risk... |
