| Abstract: | Legal translation is a cross-cultural and cross-linguistic communication activity within the mechanism of law,which requires legal translator possessed with comprehensive translation competence,specifically,language competence,knowledge structure and strategy competence.The interaction between legal translator's translation competence and specific context runs through the whole process of translation. |
