| 摘 要： | 云南省具有发展文化产业的独特资源和区位优势。在新的战略发展时期,云南省应科学规划,合理布局,通过重点州市、重点县、主导行业的带动作用,力争形成一批特色产业、发展一批重点企业、培育一批竞争主体、打造一批著名品牌,形成重点突出、优势互补、结构合理、具有良好经济效益和社会效益的文化产业体系,努力将文化产业发展成为新的经济增长点和支柱产业。
