| 摘 要： | 近年来,各大中资银行纷纷并购海外银行,总金额超过了100亿美元。本文就中资银行海外并购的背景,分析了海外并购对中资银行的益处,同时提出了海外并购中需要注意的几点问题,以此对中资银行的海外并购进行初步的探讨。

This passage analyzes the background and the benefits of international M＆A to chinese banks, and highlight several problems that they should focus on during that process, in order to probe the domestic bank＇s international M＆A. |
