| 摘 要： | 介绍了新型交联剂DS的结构和性能,通过对整理机理的分析,阐述了整理后织物手感优良的原因,设计制定了树脂整理工艺,用标准的方法对整理物的主要性能进行了测定。实验研究结果表明:新型交联剂DS树脂整理工艺易行、质量稳定、防缩防皱指标优良,游离甲醛含量达标,手感理想。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the structure and the capability of new cross liner DS. It elaborates the reasons for remarkable hand touch through the analyzing of the finishing theory. It also designs the resin finishing process. The capability of the product is tested by the standard recipe. The result of the experiments shows that the process is easy to control, high in quality and good in crease and shrink resistance. Its free fomaldehyde content is up to the standard and the hand touch is ideal. |
