欧洲ILIPT项目研究及其对中国汽车行业的启示

目前的汽车行业由于生产能力过剩、经济全球化、消费者行为改变、产品生命周期缩短导致该行业竞争激烈并且盈利能力持续下降,在这种背景下,"五日制汽车"的概念被提出来,并得到广泛响应。5日制汽车的实现可以使目前的汽车生产体系成为完全按订单生产,尽量减少供应链中不必要的库存,提供给顾客个性化的汽车,提升整个行业的利润空间。由欧洲汽车行业协会负责实施的ILIPT项目始于2004年7月,该项目的目标正是为了使最终的"五日制汽车"成为可能。本文通过对"五日制汽车"及"ILIPT"项目的介绍和分析,希望对目前中国的汽车行业起到一定的启示作用。

European ILIPT item research and its inspiration to China automobile industry

Currently automotive industry is facing poor margins because of the increased competition by production overcapacity,globalization,changing customer behavior,shortened product life cycle.The concept of 5 day car is put forward in this context,and receives widely responses.5 day car can help current automotive production system to be a completely Build To Order system(BTO),through this we can decrease the unnecessary stock,provide the individual cars to customers,and gain extra profit.This ILIPT project undertaken by consortium consisting of European automobile industry started in July 2004,its goal is to make 5 day car become possible.Through the introduction and analysis of both 5 day car and ILIPT in this paper,we hope there would be some inspirers for the current automotive industry in China.
