| Abstract: | The paper introduces the institution, and major functions of, the American Bureau of Land Management. The author also looks at "the federal land policy and management act"; the guidance principle of state-owned land management of America, and also at American land strategic planning from year of 2000 to2005. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper summarizes the advantage and disadvantage of strategic planning. |
