供应链成熟度测评方法研究

The Method of the Assessment on Maturity of Supply Chain

Since the twentieth century,the sudden change of the external competitive environment of the enterprises has promoted the change of key elements in enterprise competitiveness,which provides realistic evidence for the occurrence of management mentality of supply chain.The mentality of supply chain is a compositive one,as well as an integrated management of logistics.Aiming at solving the inadequacy existing in the achievement and effect of the assessment,the assessment system constructed based on three aspects: operation of the supply,management chain and efficiency of operating management,has provided evidence for a rapid grasping of the development of the supply chain.
