| 摘 要： | 西部地区生态环境的恶化，弱化了对全国环境的生态屏障作用，应通过完善政策性金融对西部生态重建的支持作用，建立相关的政策性金融法规，对局部政策性金融机构和业务进行重组，强化政策性金融对西部生态重建的金融支持。
