| 摘 要： | 通过对包头市城镇居民消费结构变化的分析，论述消费不断升级对当地经济发展的巨大促进作用。同时分析了制约消费升级的主要因素，提出包头市应以居民消费升级为契机，加快促进经济发展的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the change of consumer structure of Baotou City's resident,discussed the role of consumer progressive escalation to the local economy and analysed the main factors of restricting consumer escalation.It puts forward the thinking Baotou city should make use of consumer escalation and speed up economic development. |
