| 摘 要： | 资源的保障供给是区域经济可持续发展的基础;分析了江苏省自然资源禀赋的特点,指出资源总量少、人均拥有量低是制约江苏经济发展的重要因素,构建“开放型”资源供给体系十分必要;从外向型经济发达的实际和实现江苏经济可持续发展的要求出发,提出在大力发展自身资源优势产业、加强区域合作的同时,积极剃用国外资源、引进外资与国外先进技术开发自身潜在优势的资源,保障区域资源供给。

| Abstract: | The supply of resources is the foundation of sustainable development of regional economy. This article analyses characteristicsof regional resources, point out that the shortage of total volume of regional resources is the restrictive factor of economic development, so itis necessary to construct the "open- type"regional resources supply system in Jiangsu province.Based on developed out- oriented economy andthe ask of sustainable development of economy in Jiangsu province,this paper put forward tactics and channel to ensure resources supply: todevelop superior industry, to strengthen regional cooperation, to use foreign natural resources,to use foreign funds and advanced techniquesfor to exploit potential resources. |
