FIDIC合同条件下工程变更的控制管理研究

工程变更是工程项目施工过程中不可缺少的环节,同时也是影响工程造价的主要因素之一。随着国际组织及外商对中国基础设施投资的增长,FIDIC合同的部分内容逐渐成为我国建设施工合同示范文本主要条款。文章以FIDIC合同为基础,从工程变更的角度,阐述了工程变更的处理程序和审查、变更工程合同的定价原则及程序、变更工程总价的管理等内容,从而达到有效控制工程变更和工程项目造价的目的,节省了投资,维护了发承包双方的共同利益。

Research on Control Management of Project Change Under Contract of FIDIC Conditions

As the key factor affecting the construction cost, the project change is an indispensable part in the process of the project construction. With the increase in the infrastructure investment of foreign organizations and investors, part of the content of contract FIDIC has become the main provisions of the sample contract of project construction. Based on the contract FIDIC, this paper expounds the effective control of the disposal procedure and review, the pricing principles and procedure and the management of total cost of changed project, which can efficiently control the project change and project cost, and save the investment and protect the common interests of both sides of the contract.
