基于DSSM的安徽省生产性服务业竞争力研究

文章运用动态偏离-份额法，对安徽省2005-2010年期间生产性服务业整体和其中三大行业分别进行竞争力研究。结果表明，安徽省生产性服务业整体水平低，竞争力优势较弱，其中交通运输、仓储及邮政业结构不合理，竞争优势不明显；金融业发展较为迅速和稳定，竞争力逐年改善；信息传输、计算机服务和软件业有一定的竞争力，但行业结构存在劣势。随着中部崛起的契机，可以通过政府的引导、产业结构的进一步优化，以及对人才的吸引和培育，逐步提升安徽省生产性服务业的竞争力水平。

Research on the Competitiveness of Producer Services in Anhui Based on DSSM

In this paper,the competitiveness of producer services in Anhui was studied from 2005 to 2010 based on dynamic shift- share method,and three industries were selected as the target of specific analysis. The results showed that the overall lev-el of producer services in Anhui was lower and the advantage of competitiveness was weak. Specifically, the structure of the transportation,storage and postal industry was irrational,and the advantage competitiveness of these industries was not obvi-ous;the development of the financial industry was rapid and stable,and the competitiveness was improving gradually;the in-formation transmission,computer services and software industry had certain competitiveness,but their structure had more dis-advantages. With the opportunity of the rise of the central,the competitiveness of producer services in Anhui can be improved gradually through the following means：guidance and support of the government,optimization of the industrial structure and in-troduction and cultivation of high quality talents.
