闽台文化交流先行先试研究

二十年来，闽台文化交流合作日益密切，呈现出交流持续化、形式多样化、活动品牌化、机制常态化等特点。马英九上台执政以来，两岸文化交流出现了新的契机。鉴于此，福建在对台文化交流上应进一步发挥“五缘”优势，以更加灵活开放的对台政策，推动两岸文化交流先行。同时，有关方面应为两岸文化交流先行提供积极的政策保障。
