| 摘 要： | 自我效能感是个体与环境相互作用并决定其行为的核心概念。作为对普通高等教育的补充,自学考试制度有利于促进社会流动,建设和谐社会。在这个背景下,本文从理论上分析了一般自我效能感对高等教育自学考试考生社会流动信心的影响机理,并提出了提高自考生一般自我效能感水平,从而加强其社会流动信心的一些对策。

| Abstract: | Self-efficacy mediates between individual and environment and determines which action individual will take.As a complement to the regular higher education,self-taught examination will make for the social mobility and the harmony of society.This paper analyzes what effects general self-efficacy has on the beliefs about social mobility of self-taught students,and then proposes some countermeasures to improve the general self-efficacy sense of self-taught students. |
