| 摘 要： | 发展高校科技中介机构是促进高校技术转移与科技成果转化的一条有效途径。文章在分析我国高校科技中介机构现状的基础上,探讨高校科技中介机构的发展对策,提出丰富高校中介机构服务内容、形成中介机构特色、建立中介机构独立运行机制、完善激励机制、加强人才队伍建设、集成科技中介服务资源、形成科技中介服务网络等建议。
