| 摘 要： | 在企业管理过程中,资金是影响企业未来发展的主要瓶颈,是价值链上最薄弱的一环,运用价值链管理理论,分析目前企业资金管理方面的问题,将资金管理上升到企业财务管理目标的战略高度,使得资金高效管理为价值链竞争提供强有力的保证。本文将价值链和资金管理结合起来,探讨我国企业如何在市场竞争中增强核心竞争能力。
