| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的不断发展房地产市场出现了前所未有的繁荣,房地产业的繁荣通过产业间的联系效应极大的拉动了中间产品市场的发展,吸引了农村剩余劳动力,解决了农面就业问题,本文通过新疆房地产与新疆就业人数的计量分析得出二者之间存在着因果关系,在某种程度上二者之间的平衡发展带动了新疆经济的发展
