| 摘 要： | 随着独立学院招生规模的扩大,教师的需求急剧增加。由于独立学院自身的特点,在其新招聘的教师中,青年教师成了主体,他们教学水平的高低直接关系到独立学院今后的可持续生存和发展。本文针对独立学院青年教师的特点,提出了青年教师培训服务供应商的定量选择方法,以期独立学院人力资源管理部门能更加科学地选择培训服务商,提高青年教师培训的效果,提升学院的教育教学质量,从而增强独立学院的核心竞争力。
