| Abstract: | The paper mainly discuss the theories and the development of the management model of the business enterprise. Base on redefining anti theories analyze, the structure model of the business enterprise management model and operate model will be put forward. And discuss the current contents and the direction of management model transformation and development. Under analyzing the problem thai exists to, the development direction of the Chinese business enterprise management model will be diseussed. |
